We in the Ground Transport team, (part of Expedia for Business or E4B) are in search of an account manager to build, implement, grow and acquire car suppliers, connecting internal business partners, external suppliers, and technology. Reporting to the Director of Regional Accounts, the Account Manager role is a core member of the supply team and leads efforts to develop the supply coverage on all EG points of sale. What you’ll do:
You will be in charge of an existing portfolio of accounts, primarily in the LATAM region, and drive short and long-term performance through a keen understanding of our customer and the business value drivers, and by identifying, evaluating and prioritizing supply opportunities
You will be a key voice of the supplier in our organizational prioritization process, and champion product and technology enhancements for the benefit of our customers and partners
You will build positive relationships with your partners, becoming their day to day, top of mind, primary point of contact, working hand in hand with them to grow our mutual business
You will look for new partners opportunities in order to support car rental growth, expansion plans, and offer the right choice of cars and suppliers to our customers
You will work directly with internal stakeholders across the business to implement and manage performance of your accounts including Product, Technology, Supply Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing/Merchandising, Accounting, FP&A, Analytics, Legal

You have experience in account management and a good understanding of the LATAM markets
You are fluent in English and ideally Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
