The Gracie Barra Vancouver classes are aligned with the Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program structure developed by Master Carlos Gracie Jr. to meet the specific learning needs of people from different ages, genders, and levels.

Gracie Barra After School Program (GB ASP) has been designed to assist parents in providing the tools and skills each child needs to overcome daily obstacles. Whether it involves bullying, peer pressure, lack of focus on schoolwork, or low self-esteem, GB ASP focuses on self-improvement through the principles of Jiu-Jitsu Martial Art.

Job Description: As a Gracie Barra After School Program (GB ASP) Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities are:

•Pick-up Gracie Barra students at their Elementary school and assist the driver to transport them safely from school to Gracie Barra Vancouver or Burnaby

•Help students to get ready for BJJ class always with a positive attitude

•Maintain the after-school program area organized at all times

•Develop games and fun activities for children

•Customer service for parents, visitors, and students

Skills:

•Intermediate level of English

•Able to work as a team

•Microsoft Office and Google suite skills are an asset

The candidate must be able to work and communicate well with children: being responsible, kind, organized and proactive.
