Motion Metrics is looking to hire a super detail-oriented, expert communicator/organizer to work with our sales and operations team. We are a rapidly growing mid-sized company with global clientele who rely on our products to improve productivity, sustainability, and safety in their mining operations. With growth comes challenges and we now need someone to help streamline communications internally for the sales and operations team. Manage communication and scheduling for the Director, Sales and Operations.
Introduce efficiency measures to the meeting program by streamlining timekeeping, note taking, minutes creation, and overall goal setting.
Typing emails, filling forms, and preparing reports as requested by sales management.
Upgrade or create templates for the bid, tender, and contract signing process.
Perform quarterly Sales and Operations audits to ensure that documentation and records are kept as per legal and internal use/policy.
Maintain organization of sales and operations networked files and folders. Develop intuitive storage methods for ease of use.
Upgrade or develop core documents for legal and commercial use (terms and conditions for example)
Liaise with the marketing Events Coordinator on completing administrative tasks in a timely manner for trade show preparation.
Build and maintain a sales and operations team shared calendar.
Liaise with Human Resources to ensure that equipment, start dates, training, and orientations are all scheduled for new hires.
Updating and maintaining mine safety documentation for Avetta, Browze, and ComplyWorks.
Produce letters of support where international travel is necessary for the business.
Coordinate logistics for travel – flight bookings, hotels, transportation, mine liaison & so on
Proven ability to write and speak fluently in English – Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese would be assets.
Tech-savvy. You must not be afraid to bring new, state-of-the-art ideas to improve internal/external communication.
Experience in implementing communication strategies a bonus
Technical writing skills would be awesome to have, and also legal writing skills if possible
