Payroll/Accounting Clerk (Part-Time)

 
Qualifications:

•Minimum 1 year local accounting experience

•Payroll or bookkeeping/ accounting experience

•Knowledge of MS office and accounting software ( Sage, Wagepoint, Quickbooks , ….etc)

•Local related education background is an asset

•Effective communication skill both written and verbal in English

•Good communication skills and team player

•Well-organized, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

•Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Position is available immediately

•Manage payroll for employees spread over multiple accounts;

•Identify and escalate issues to the Accountant for quick resolution;

•Process timely and accurate payroll while maintaining updated records

•Maintain files and records;

•Type correspondence and memos;

•Scan and file invoices, reports, and monthly statements in a timely manner;

•General office tasks and other related clerical tasks as required.

•Building positive working relationships with clients and responding to requests and suggestions (by phone and email)

•Communicating with team members regarding progress updates and issues

•Other tax related tasks

Work under pressure, multitask and building healthy working relationships with employees;

Prepare sporadic reports for management
