We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, customer service and photography, as well as experience in public speaking.

Responsibilities:

• Event hosts manage guests at functions like weddings, private parties, birthdays, conferences, and kid’s events.
• Setup, manage and interact with guests for the Photobooths.
• Quality Assurance checks during Photobooth Setup.
• Ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
• Welcoming guests, answering questions, and liaising with support staff for any product issues.
• Creating a positive and fun atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves.
• Providing guests with Pose Photobooths QR Code for future bookings.
• Providing guests with Props for photo and video.
• Ensuring your work table is aesthetically pleasing.
• Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of Photobooth events.
• Answering questions and addressing concerns of guests in a charming, polite manner.
• Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event.
• Double-checking that all health safety measures are observed.
• Post Event Support for Guests to follow-up for any photo or video requests.
• Future Bookings Sales and Service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Must have a vehicle to travel to events.
• Must be able to lift 100lbs+
• Vehicle must be able to hold large Photobooth equipment.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Great technical skills for Photobooth operations.
• Experience in the hospitality, sales and customer service areas of work.
• Excellent management, technical, organizational, and planning skills.
• The ability to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• A charming demeanor and positive attitude.
• Flexible and approachable.
• Previous experience working with/on Photobooths an asset.
• Photography experience preferred.

Additional Assets

• Multiple languages are an asset – Portuguese, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish will all be of great benefit.

• Day shift
