Overview:

Full time 30 to 40 hours a week

Qualifications:

Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who can make a difference from day one.

Must be an RCIC in good standing with ICCRC.

At least 1-2 years’ experience in permanent and temporary residence consulting and filing, including Express Entry, LMIA (regular High/Low wage and Owner/Operator), Provincial applications including (Skilled worker and Entrepreneur applications) and other specialized Visas and immigration processes.

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.

Works courteously and efficiently with colleagues/clients in a multicultural/multinational environment.

Enthusiastic about the immigration and education industry and hope to be committed to this industry for a long-term.

Responsibilities:

Overview and assist in preparation of submission packages, which includes PNP, LMIA, Express Entry, and all permit and visa applications.

Plan and prepare submissions for immigration applications including but not restricted to Work Permit, Temporary Residence, Permanent Residence, Permanent Resident Card, Citizenship;

EE applications

Temporary resident applications (SP,s TRVs, WPs, OWPs, PGWPs, etc.)

Sponsorship applications

H&C applications

PNP applications

LMIA applications, job advertisement processing

LMIA Owner Operator application

Entrepreneurship programs

Maintain updated knowledge of Canadian immigration laws; Conducting research of government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents/immigration forms are being used

Ability to coordinate with team members at various offices to provide insight and support for the above applications.

Make sure that the company complies with all the processes, guidelines, policies, etc. of the IRCC and the ICCRC.

Communicate with clients with high level of professionalism.

Ability to collaborate with management, and team members across all levels.

Assess and suggest changes to the work process, as necessary.

Expand customer scale and discover potential customers in multiple channels.

Adapt to fast-paced and challenging working environment.

Good team-player and self-motivated.

Have a strong sense of responsibility for work and aspiration for career.

STRONG drafting skills: Submission letters, additional requests.

Timely and effective processing.
