Manpower is looking for multiple Sales Advisors for one of our clients, a well-known car company located in Vancouver, BC.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be interacting with new and returning clients with the goal of creating a warm and welcoming environment. You ensure a high-quality experience for each client by appropriately engaging and connecting with them.
Rate of pay: $19 / HR
Summary: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Position
Work Hours: 7 days a week with operations between 8am and 9pm
Work Location: Vancouver close to VCC Clark Skytrain Station
Essential duties and responsibilities:
-Excite, engage and educate prospective customer and owners through different means of communication including events to educate and inform
-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling/ co-piloting test drives for prospective buyers
-Actively work towards and contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
-Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery process and maintain ongoing relationship with client
-Educate new owners by walking them through vehicle’s features and functions
-Perform additional tasks including moving vehicles, reception, installing plates quality control etc.
What you bring to the job:
-A high level of customer service experience
-Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the automotive industry and specifically the EV sector
-Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
– Availability to workdays, evenings and weekends in a retail environment
-Ability to pass pre-employment check
-Class 5 Driver license with clean driving record
