As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM’s SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new members to help us drive this growth. As a SuccessFactors Compensation Senior Consultant or Manager, you will work with our clients and lead them in the transformation of their HR operations and the implementation of their SF Compensation and Variable Pay modules. This will include activates such as: assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF. You will be responsible for shaping and designing the future compensation plans, processes, and polices of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. You will act as a mentor and counsel other team members.
As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our Digital Change, HR Reinvention and Cognitive (AI) HR tools and practices.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in two (2), end-to-end, SuccessFactors Compensation module implementations
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Associate Certification
Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week
Location:
Canada-wide; any city within close proximity to a major airport. Please note that all our work is 100% remote now. Once the pandemic is over, consultants may have to travel within Canada and/or globally
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Previous experience implementing the SuccessFactors Variable Pay module
Fluency in French, Spanish and/or Portuguese
Work authorized in Canada.
