About the Position :

We’re looking for a talented recruitment specialist to oversee our recruitment activities for our Canadian and Latin American operations, supporting our hiring managers in finding top talent who are eager to join and grow with ImageX.

This includes recruitment marketing activities such as attending related events and conferences and building relationships to help attract passive candidates.

About You :

You are a tech-savvy individual who thrives on utilizing new tools and always looking to improve on existing processes – you embrace change with open arms.

You are extremely organized and love working in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm about your job and the industry is infectious and you understand the value of the most minute details and a positive candidate experience.

Other terms your colleagues and managers have used to describe you are : driven, goal-oriented and ambitious. We have big growth plans for 2021 and need someone who is willing to go the distance and help us finish strong.

You find that people are naturally drawn to your authentic, positive, upbeat, and outgoing personality.

You Need :

3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (ideally within the technology sector)

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

A positive attitude and propensity for collaboration within cross-functional teams

Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative to reach objectives with little supervision.

Strong attention to detail and passion for excellence at every level

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Solid technology orientation and ability to ramp up on tools quickly (e.g. Greenhouse, Jazz HR, Recruiter LinkedIn, social media)

Ability to travel within North America to attend conferences and events

Great negotiation and research skills for sourcing, networking, and pipeline building of candidates

Have the ability to identify and resolve issues in a resourceful manner
